Conservation Loan Program-FSA	Many farmers who need and want to implement conservation measures approved by NRCS on their land do not have the "up-front" funds available to implement these practices. New Conservation Loans to provide access to credit are at local FSA Farm Loan Offices . Loan limits under the Conservation Loans (CL's) are $300,000. New or existing conservation plans must be NRCS approved before FSA can provide financing. Contact 540-899-9492 ext 105 for program details.
Continuous CREP	Conservation Reserve Sign-up at Farm Service Agency Continuous CRP Signup : Environmentally sensitive acreage qualifying for the Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP) or Continuous CRP will be eligible for annual rental payments and cost-share of up to 50 percent on approved practices. Practices include wildlife habitats along field perimeters or riparian buffers along streams-30' to 120' widths-Maximum rental rate of $95/ac.- These targeted programs will remain funded, and continue to provide heightened environmental benefits on select areas.
